CONDITIONS FOR HALL RENTAL
(All bookings to be made through Parish Office)
1. No smoking in hall.
2. No gambling in hall or grounds.
3. No excessive alcohol.
4. Children under adult supervision at all times.
5. Kitchen may be used for meal preparation. A $50 bond is to be paid on top of rent. This will be refunded if stoves, benches and floors are left clean and tidy.
6. All breakages to be paid for.
7. Nothing to be taken on loan from hall.
8. Public liability insurance MUST be sighted before use of hall is sanctioned.
9. No loud music after 10pm
Before Leaving Hall
1. Chairs to be placed in one row each side of hall. Remainder to be stacked.
2. All tables, except two, to be folded and placed under stage.
3. Hall to be cleaned and rubbish completely removed from church premises.
4. All doors (including toilet) and windows to be locked.
5. All lights and fans switched off.
All functions must be over and hall returned to normal by midnight.
Current rates of rental for all halls (as at 2008)
Daytime: $30 for first three hours (altogether): $11 per hour following.
Evening: $35 for first three hours (altogether): $11 per hour following
